Larry’s practice covers a wide range of complex litigation and dispute resolution matters. He has handled multiple trials to verdict involving antitrust, securities, ERISA, intellectual property, and complex commercial disputes. He has particularly deep experience in class actions, as well as in federal multidistrict litigation.

Larry is a frequent speaker on litigation topics such as the use of experts, proving damages, ediscovery, arbitration and mediation, social media issues in litigation, and management of class actions. He also has participated in programs teaching trial skills to fellow attorneys and has served as an adjunct professor on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he taught trial advocacy.
