Mark is counsel in the firm’s consumer financial services practice, and focuses on representing clients in consumer law, business disputes, and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts.

While attending Notre Dame Law School, Mark actively participated in providing legal services to the underprivileged through the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark spent 10 years litigating for firms in Chicago and in South Bend, IN, where his practice included insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, insurance defense, and general commercial litigation.

  • Obtained a ruling from the Department of Labor Benefits Review Board that, under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, a medical provider can seek reimbursement from an employer for treating its employees and, if successful, may recover attorneys’ fees.
