Matthew is an associate in the firm's Corporate Finance Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the state constitutional law editor of the Rutgers University Law Review.
Before attending law school, Matthew obtained his bachelor's degree in finance, with a minor in international business from the University of Delaware.
