Matt helps lenders and loan servicers structure, negotiate, and execute multifamily finance transactions that are intended to be sold in the secondary market in connection with Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) program. While serving as associate general counsel at Freddie Mac for nearly 15 years, Matt not only represented the company in thousands of multifamily finance deals while working closely with Freddie Mac’s seller-servicers, but also helped create and improve many of the company’s existing products, processes and guidelines. His experience includes the full range of legal aspects related to Freddie Mac’s multifamily operations, including underwriting, origination, documentation, and asset management.
