Natalie focuses her practice on public finance law, representing clients in taxable and tax-exempt bond issuances. She serves a diverse range of clients, including municipal, governmental, and 501(c)(3) entities, acting as issuer’s counsel, bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, lender’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel.

• Served as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and lender’s counsel for taxable and tax-exempt borrowings for charter schools and higher education institutions, enabling educational capital projects on campuses.
• Served as bond counsel to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in connection with its issuance of general obligation bonds, transportation bonds, and federal highway grant anticipation notes, facilitating critical infrastructure funding.
• Served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, or issuer’s counsel for single-family and multifamily revenue bond financings for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, and Florida Housing Finance Corporation, supporting affordable housing initiatives.
• Served as bond counsel to various municipalities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in their issuance of general obligation bonds, aiding in local government financing and infrastructure projects.
