Regina is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice. She focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, financial services regulatory matters, SEC reporting, and general corporate governance.
Regina received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a Cheek Business Law Scholar and served as an articles editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law.
Prior to attending law school, Regina graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in economics and interdisciplinary studies, with concentrations in American and Africana studies.
