  • Defended a national financial institution in two separate five-patent lawsuits brought by the U.S.’s largest patent assertion entity in two separate district courts. Obtained a dismissal of all 10 patents before trial, which were affirmed on appeal, and prosecuted antitrust counterclaims based upon the plaintiffs’ monopolistic assertion of large portfolios of financial services-related patents.
