Sarah is an associate in the Environmental + Natural Resources Practice Group, focusing on complex water and wetlands issues, environmental enforcement, and the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions. She advises public entities, private equity sponsors, and industrial companies on Clean Water Act permitting and enforcement, stormwater and wastewater compliance, wetlands and WOTUS issues, and hazardous waste regulation under RCRA, including substantial experience with municipal Clean Water Act consent decrees. Sarah also leads environmental due diligence for multiproperty portfolios and platform acquisitions nationwide, synthesizing environmental site assessments, evaluating regulatory risk, and helping structure permitting and remediation strategies.
