Sharlynne is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, where she defends employers in wage and hour individual and class actions, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and a variety of single- and multi-plaintiff disputes. She also provides preventive advice and counseling on a wide range of workplace issues and compliance.

Before joining the firm, Sharlynne worked at a national firm focused on management-side employment litigation, representing companies across industries including health care, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, and entertainment in a broad array of employment-related disputes. She also served as a legal secondee at a major technology company, supporting global workforce initiatives, advising on cross-border employment compliance, and assisting with large-scale reduction-in-force planning across the EU, APAC, and the Americas. In addition to her employment practice, Sharlynne has experience in defense-side commercial litigation, data privacy, and tort matters.
