Steve provides a comprehensive in-house counsel perspective to real estate, development, and leasing matters, drawing on 15 years as senior counsel at a Fortune 250 company. His work includes real estate acquisitions and divestitures; commercial leasing and development, including sale-leaseback and built-to-suit arrangements; manufacturing site development and expansions, including utility agreements, water rights, permitting, land use, and other siting matters; and the real estate and regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Steve brings a comprehensive understanding of key real estate transactional and leasing challenges and solutions, and a strong cooperative and collaborative approach to transactional work attuned to clients’ needs. He also advises on energy transactions, including PPAs, VPPAs, and development of on-site generation.
