  • Serving as local counsel for a mortgage lender and servicer in putative class action litigation related to a cyberattack involving the extraction of customer data.
  • Defending a large insurance company in putative class action litigation related to the obligation to adjust COI rates in the Southern District of Texas.
  • Defending a large insurance company in putative class action litigation related to the obligation to adjust COI rates in the Southern District of New York.
  • Defended a company in putative class action antitrust litigation related to the alleged use of a software program with artificial intelligence to artificially inflate rental rates for multifamily housing across the U.S.
