Xijia represents buyers, sellers, borrowers, and developers in connection with their complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and development. She is experienced with various types of properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial warehouses, quarries, and renewable energy projects. Recognized for her practical, business-minded approach, Xijia also helps clients with zoning, permits, property subdivision, and other land use issues.

Xijia maintains an active pro bono practice, advising clients on landlord-tenant matters and advocating for children with disabilities in the special education system. She is also deeply involved with the Virginia State Bar, serving on the Board of Governors for the Young Lawyers Conference, and volunteers with Fit4Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to improving children’s health and wellness in the greater Richmond region.
