  • Represented Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) in its acquisition of McGriff Insurance Services, an insurance broker that offers risk management and insurance solutions to clients in the United States, from an affiliate of TIH backed by private equity firms Stone Point Capital and CD&R, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $7.75 billion.
  • Represented Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC in its acquisition of Atlas Insurance Agency, Pyramid Insurance Centre, and IC International from Tradewind Group, a diversified Hawaii investment company.
  • Represented a U.S.-based private equity fund in numerous platform and add-on investments in a wide range of industries, including software, outsourcing, and IT infrastructure transactions.
  • Represented Hachette Book Group, Inc. in the acquisition of Sterling Publishing Co. Inc. from Barnes & Noble, the largest retail bookseller in the United States.
