Zach is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he received his J.D. and was president of the Entrepreneurial Law Association. He also was a staff member for the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology, a member of the Holderness Moot Court Client Counseling Team, and was a certified student practitioner for the University of North Carolina School of Law’s COVID-19 Response Project.
Prior to attending law school, Zach worked in a venture-backed technology startup, joining the organization as the 47th employee, and leaving once the organization employed more than 200 people and was acquired. Zach also received his bachelor’s degree in Russian history from Northeastern University.
