Our team adopts a client-centered approach to employment litigation and dispute resolution, working to achieve results that align with our clients’ specific goals and business needs. We handle the most important employment-related cases across a broad array of industries and leverage our deep experience to find creative solutions to our clients’ problems.

Our Labor + Employment attorneys bring both broad experience in courtroom advocacy and deep knowledge of labor and employment laws to address any type of employment-related dispute that may arise. Our reach extends to all venues — federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and mediation — and encompasses single-plaintiff, class and collective action lawsuits and appeals, as well as government agency investigations or enforcement actions.
