The facility, located in Fellows, California, provides 586 megawatts of critical generation and reliability services to California’s Central Valley. The acquisition supports Hull Street Energy’s strategy to help ensure grid reliability while enabling the integration of new variable renewable energy resources as California works to achieve its climate goals. This is the second California natural gas-fired plant that Troutman Pepper has acted as legal counsel for Hull Street Energy.
