Troutman Pepper Advises Susquehanna Private Capital in U.S. Compliance Investment

Troutman Pepper advised Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC), a middle market private equity firm, in its investment in U.S. Compliance, an industry-leading provider of environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance management solutions to facilities operating across a variety of end markets throughout North America.
