Troutman Pepper Locke advised Havpak, a leading contract packaging and manufacturing company that produces a multitude of products primarily focused on the health care and beauty markets, in its sale to Mapaex Health and Personalcare, a third-generation family business that specializes in oral care, consumer products, health solutions, vitamins and supplements, and logistics. The acquisition of Havpak will provide Mapaex with its first significant investment in the U.S. and significantly bolster its Oral Care division.
