WASHINGTON, D.C. – Troutman Pepper Locke advised Silver Tiger Metals Inc. (TSXV: SLVR), a Canadian company whose management has experience discovering, financing, and building large hydrothermal gold and silver mines in Mexico, on the close of its bought deal offering of common shares with a syndicate of underwriters. Silver Tiger Metals intends to use the proceeds of the offering to fund exploration and development expenditures at its El Tigre Project in Mexico, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
