Troutman Pepper Locke Represents Unison Infrastructure in Acquisition of European Telecoms Infrastructure Assets

LONDON – Troutman Pepper Locke represented Unison Infrastructure (Unison), a telecommunications and renewables infrastructure investor in the U.S. and Europe, in its acquisition of TASC Infrastructure Property Company (TIPCO) from private equity firm STAR Capital Partnership LLP. TIPCO acquires and manages rental income generated from a portfolio of telecom infrastructure assets including masts, ground leases, and rooftop leases in several European jurisdictions. Through the transaction, Unison acquired 100 percent of TIPCO’s share capital.
