The firm advised AdvancedONE on the initial purchase of the platform business in Philadelphia and then in subsequent add-on transactions in Los Angeles and Dallas and through organic growth in Atlanta. Troutman Pepper also represented AdvancedONE in its financing transactions, including a recapitalization in 2021.
