Troutman Pepper Earns Perfect Score in Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index

NEW YORK – For the 14th consecutive year, Troutman Pepper has received a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

The firm was among 840 major U.S. businesses, including 141 law firms, that achieved a rating of 100 percent, earning the distinction of “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.” The 2022 CEI evaluates policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ+ employees including non-discrimination workplace protections, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, inclusive culture support, and corporate social responsibility.
