(Eupraxia) (NASDAQ: EPRX; TSX: EPRX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing targeted therapies that leverage a proprietary extended-release delivery system to provide the right dose of a drug, in its public offering of 14,636,363 common shares at $5.50 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $80.5 million, before deducting the underwriting commissions and estimated expenses incurred in connection with the offering.
