HOUSTON – Troutman Pepper Locke advised Western Midstream Partners, LP (Western Midstream), a master limited partnership formed to develop, acquire, own, and operate midstream assets, in a new long-term produced-water agreement with Occidental Petroleum Corporation, an international energy company and one of the largest oil and gas producers in the U.S. Under the new agreement, Western Midstream will expand its existing produced-water gathering and disposal system to support continued customer development in the Delaware Basin over the coming years.
