Troutman Pepper Partner Mary Weeks Re-Elected to Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Board of Directors

ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper Partner Mary Weeks has been re-elected to serve as a member-at-large of the Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 bar year. As an engaged board member, she will help to lead the Litigation Section and advance its efforts to promote professional development, foster relationships, and further community engagement and service.

Weeks represents corporations as well as their directors and officers in complex commercial, shareholder derivative, and securities class action litigation, in addition to handling company’s books and records demands, and special committee or other regulatory investigations. Clients turn to her for guidance when facing allegations of all types of shareholder disputes, including allegations of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and corporate governance concerns.
