Troutman Pepper Recognized by Leadership Council for Legal Diversity as 2022 Top Performer and Compass Award Winner

NEW YORK – The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization committed to creating a diverse legal profession, has named Troutman Pepper a Top Performer and Compass Award winner. The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations in the top 20% for participation in LCLD programs and activities.

The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:

• Member attendance at the LCLD Annual Membership Meeting and/or Member attendance at a 2022 Leadership Summit and/or submission of a Leader’s Pledge.
• Participation in the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs.
• Participation in an LCLD Pipeline program (the 1L Scholars program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).

LCLD is one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity and consists of more than 430 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.

Since the organization’s inception in 2009, Troutman Pepper has participated in several LCLD programs, including its Fellows, Alumni, Pathfinders, and 1L Scholars programs. The firm also serves as the city-lead for Philadelphia area law schools as part of LCLD’s Success in Law School Mentoring Program, which pairs practicing attorneys from LCLD member organizations with first-year law students from diverse backgrounds to serve as mentors.
