Troutman Pepper Wins Four M&A Atlas Awards

NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper has been recognized with four M&A Atlas Awards from the Global M&A Network – the Outstanding M&A Firm Advisory, the Americas Deal of the Year (Middle-Market), the Health Services Deal of the Year, and the Americas Rising Star Dealmaker (Partner Matthew Brooks) awards.

Outstanding M&A Firm Advisory Award

Troutman Pepper was among only eight firms to receive the Outstanding M&A Firm Advisory Award for its work on behalf of firm clients. The nationally recognized M&A team at Troutman Pepper helps clients structure, negotiate, and document acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances, including in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Americas Deal of the Year (Middle-Market) Award

Troutman Pepper client The Stepping Stones Group was recognized with the Americas Deal of the Year (Middle-Market) Award for its acquisition of EBS Healthcare. A Troutman Pepper team led by Partners Jim Epstein, Jeremy Levy, Howard Goldberg, Kathryn Nordick, and Sheri Adler advised Stepping Stones in the transaction, which created a premier, national provider of therapeutic, behavioral, autism, nursing, and educational services to children in school, home, and community settings.

Health Services Deal of the Year Award

Troutman Pepper client TEAM Services Group received the Health Services Deal of the Year Award for its acquisition of 24 Hour Home Care. John Jones, chair of the Health Care Transactions and Regulatory Practices of the Health Sciences Department of Troutman Pepper, served as the firm’s lead on the transaction. Americas Rising Star Dealmaker Award
