Troutman Pepper’s Tiffany Bracewell Elected Member-at-Large of Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Board
ATLANTA – Tiffany Nichols Bracewell, an attorney in Troutman Pepper’s White Collar and Government Investigations practice, has been elected to serve as a Member-at-Large of the Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 bar year. As a Member-at-Large, Bracewell will help to lead the Litigation Section and advance its efforts to promote professional development, foster relationships, and further community engagement and service.
The Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association is the largest section by membership and is comprised of litigators across the spectrum of practices. It includes plaintiff’s lawyers, defense lawyers, mediators, and dispute resolution practitioners, as well as judges from several different courts.
At Troutman Pepper, Bracewell represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of criminal and civil matters, with a special focus on white collar crime. She frequently represents clients under investigation by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission, and has advised clients facing claims of bribery; price-fixing and bid-rigging; securities fraud, wire fraud, government contracting fraud, and tax fraud; violations of the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute; and use of deceptive business practices. In her pro bono work, Bracewell has assisted with the filing of clemency and habeas petitions, including for a man wrongfully convicted of murder who was released last December after 23 years in prison.
Bracewell also is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association Criminal Law Section, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association’s Atlanta Chapter. She previously served as a fellow for the Federal Defender Program, Inc., a nonprofit, community defender organization representing individuals in the Northern District of Georgia who are charged with a variety of federal offenses and cannot afford counsel.
