Two Troutman Pepper Attorneys Named to Super Lawyers’ DC List

WASHINGTON – Troutman Pepper attorneys Ben Deninger and Tony Jones have been recognized by 2021 Super Lawyers® Washington, D.C., which spotlights attorneys who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Ben Deninger, an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group, specializes in efficiently resolving all types of construction disputes. He has worked with clients at every level of the construction industry including international contractors and engineering firms, public owners, regional developers, specialized materials suppliers, and subcontractors. Ben has counseled clients on contract drafting and negotiation issues as well as assisting clients with project financing, the formation of public-private partnerships, and corporate compliance matters, and was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® Georgia from 2018-2020. 

Partner Tony Jones is a veteran litigator who handles critical insurance coverage litigation matters with a keen understanding of his clients’ business goals. Particularly experienced in the healthcare industry, Tony helps clients pinpoint problems and resolve them creatively, avoiding costly litigation and risk whenever possible. He represents clients nationwide in high-stakes matters involving directors and officers (D&O) liability, professional liability, and general liability insurance policies. He brings an objective, analytical, and strategic approach to help insurance carriers maximize gains or limit exposures. This is his eighth consecutive year being recognized by Super Lawyers® Washington, D.C.
