He counsels on a wide range of matters, including, but not limited to, debt and private equity investments in financial services providers, insurance companies and alternative risk transfer (ART), adverse development cover (ADC), loss portfolio transfer (LPT), lenders, investment banks, state insurance regulators, debtors and creditors of insolvent insurers, and trade associations.
