Anthony represents and advises insurance clients in litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the U.S. He has experience litigating complex coverage issues under a range of insurance policies, including directors and officers (D&O) liability; professional liability; hospital professional liability; employment practices liability; commercial general liability; and sexual abuse and molestation liability (SAM/SML) coverage. Anthony also provides advice and counseling to insurers on various claims-handling and coverage issues.
Before joining the firm, Anthony worked as an associate in a nationally recognized insurance coverage practice at a boutique law firm in Philadelphia.
Anthony served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary M. Schroeder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Hon. Mark A. Kearney on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During his second year of law school, he served as an intern to Nina Totenberg at National Public Radio, where he assisted in NPR’s comprehensive coverage of Supreme Court oral arguments and decisions.
