Cassidy is an associate in the firm’s Insurance + Reinsurance Practice Group. Her practice involves advising clients on a wide range of third-party insurance coverage claims, including those arising under professional liability, directors and officers, general liability, cyber liability, and environmental liability policies. Cassidy also represents clients in complex coverage and bad faith disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.

Cassidy also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration matters and serves as a Pro Bono Ambassador for the D.C. office.

  • Obtained summary judgment in federal court in a declaratory judgment action on the duty to defend.
  • Obtained summary judgment on a $40 million environmental claim.
