Courtney M. Goins

Courtney focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, representing public and private companies, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions and in a wide range of industries, including health care, food and beverage, and manufacturing. She has experience in a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, dispositions, and other business transactions. Courtney also counsels clients on company formation, corporate governance issues, financings, reorganizations, dissolution, and other general corporate matters.

In addition, Courtney maintains an active pro bono practice and is currently the co-chair of the homeless advocacy practice at the firm.
