  • Represented a commercial vehicle electrification solutions provider in shareholder derivative action relating to a de-SPAC merger in in the District of Massachusetts.

  • Representing a clothing manufacturer in an ICC arbitration seated in New York.
  • Represented a biotherapeutics company in litigation in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
