Sean possesses experience conducting legal work in multiple areas, including the higher education and insurance industries. A former judicial Intern and member of the Defender Association of Philadelphia, Sean gained essential experience in a range of legal industries. He has experience researching and analyzing conflict of law issues between states, insurance and employment statutes, and various trial matters, including damages and evidentiary issues.
Sean has successfully litigated criminal cases on behalf of indigent criminal defendants in the Philadelphia Municipal Court, including winning a motion to suppress. He also has experience as a mediator for landlord-tenant and small claims matters in the Philadelphia Municipal Court. Such rich experience empowers Sean to advocate for his clients' successes.
While attending law school, Sean served as a staff editor and lead research editor for the Temple Law Review, as president of OUTLaw, and as the day division vice president of the Student Bar Association. He was also a teaching assistant for the first-year Legal Research and Writing sequence.
