A trial attorney and international arbitration practitioner, Victoria counsels businesses big and small — from multinational corporations to local partnerships. Appearing before state and federal courts, municipalities, public commissions, and international arbitral panels, Victoria often represents real estate developers, manufacturers, retail operators, and utilities.

While her goal is to offer practical advice designed to meet business objectives and, wherever possible, avoid litigation, if a suit becomes inevitable, Victoria is well-equipped to manage even the most complex, multifaceted cases. In the courtroom, Victoria has been praised by clients and peers as being “poised under pressure” and “in command,” but outside the courtroom she’s a “true lawyer’s lawyer and a true client’s lawyer.”
