NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper client GRIID Infrastructure, a purpose-built American-based infrastructure company operating bitcoin mining facilities, recently completed its acquisition by CleanSpark, Inc., which valued the GRIID Infrastructure enterprise at $155 million.
