Troutman Pepper Facilitates Protos Security and Southfield Capital Acquisition of Mulligan Security
NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper client Southfield Capital and Protos Security, a tech-enabled managed security services provider that is a portfolio company of Southfield Capital, have completed their acquisition of Mulligan Security, a leading U.S.-based direct guard and fire safety solutions provider. The joining of Protos and Mulligan creates one of the largest security firms in the U.S. and will enable Protos to provide greater program flexibility and high-quality services to its clients.
A multi-disciplinary team of Troutman Pepper attorneys, led by partners Nicholas Stawasz and Matt Greenberg, assisted Southfield Capital and Protos in the acquisition of Mulligan. Additional team members included associates Taylor Bartholomew, Jennifer Lang and Ravenna Neville, among others.
