BOSTON – Troutman Pepper Locke advised Osisko Development Corp., a continental North American gold development company focused on past-producing mining camps located in mining-friendly jurisdictions with district scale potential, in the closing of its $203 million private placement of units, and its $450 million credit facility with Appian Capital Advisory Limited, a UK-based private equity firm specializing in mid-market investments in metals and mining. Osisko Development will use the combined proceeds from these transactions to fund the construction of its Cariboo gold project.
