Alicia has more than 25 years of experience working in the legal profession and has supported the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation team since 2014. She assists with a wide variety of litigation matters, ranging from individual claims and class actions involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), auto lending, bank litigation, student lending, and mortgage lending and servicing.
