  • Represented GEC in the combination of Flowco Production Solutions, Estis Compression, and Flogistix, resulting in the formation of Flowco, the shale industry’s leading provider of production optimization and artificial lift solutions, forged in partnership with White Deer Energy.
  • Counseled Summit Midstream Partners in the sale of Mountaineer Midstream to Antero Midstream.
  • Led Summit Midstream Partners in its sale of Summit Midstream Utica, LLC, to a subsidiary of MPLX for $625 million.
  • Counseled Medallion Midstream Services in the sale of its natural gas gathering processing business to Cardinal Midstream Partners.
  • Acted for ArcLight Capital Partners in the sale of Pride Convenience Holdings, LLC, to ARKO for approximately $230 million.
  • Guided Summit Midstream Partners in its acquisitions of Outrigger DJ Midstream LLC from Outrigger Energy II LLC and of Sterling Energy Investments LLC, Grasslands Energy Marketing LLC, and Centennial Water Pipelines LLC from Sterling Investment Holdings LLC, totaling $305 million.
  • Represented NextEra Energy Partners LP in the $1.37 billion acquisition of Meade Pipeline Co LLC, securing a strategic interest in the Central Penn Line.
  • Advised Nuevo Midstream Dos, LLC, in its acquisition of Republic Midstream, LLC, from an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners.
  • Acted for Saddle Butte Rockies Midstream, LLC, and affiliates in its $638.5 million acquisition by Black Diamond Gathering, LLC, a newly formed joint venture by Noble Midstream Partners LP and Greenfield Midstream, LLC.
  • Led Silver Creek Midstream, LLC, a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital, LLC, in its acquisition of Red Butte Pipe Line LLC.
  • Guided Medallion Gathering & Processing, LLC, in its $1.825 billion sale to an affiliate of Global Infrastructure Partners.
  • Advised one of the world’s largest wind developers in its acquisition of a 6,000 MW portfolio of wind and solar development projects across the U.S.
