BETHESDA, MD – Troutman Pepper client Hull Street Energy, a private equity firm that specializes in deploying capital into the power sector as it decarbonizes, has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Sunrise Power Holdings, LLC, from Generation Bridge Acquisition, LLC, an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC. The facility, located in Fellows, California, provides 586 megawatts of critical generation and reliability services to California’s Central Valley. The acquisition supports Hull Street Energy’s strategy to help ensure grid reliability while enabling the integration of new variable renewable energy resources as California works to achieve its climate goals.
