NEW YORK – Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (CSE: TRUL, OTCQX: TCNNF) has acquired all of the issued and outstanding securities of Harvest Health & Recreation Inc. (CSE: HARV, OTCQX: HRVSF). Troutman Pepper served as Harvest’s U.S. legal adviser in the transaction which, at time of closing, created the largest cannabis operator in the United States on a combined retail and cultivation footprint basis.
