Troutman Pepper Locke Alumni Newsletter – Fall 2026
Please enjoy the fall edition of Troutman Pepper Locke’s Alumni Newsletter, which features interviews with alumni Anup Shah and Jocelyn Young. This issue also includes a recap of the 2026 alumni receptions, a message from firm leaders, recent alumni moves, and free CLE offerings.
A Message From Firm Leaders
As fall settles in, we’re excited to share some highlights from recent months and look ahead to a strong finish of our second year as Troutman Pepper Locke.
Our platform continues to grow with the addition of eight new lateral partners: Baird Allis (Insurance Transactional + Regulatory), Reed Balmer (Private Equity + Investment Funds), Lauren Emery (Labor + Employment), Yuliya Feldman (Insurance Transactional + Regulatory), Sean Higgins (Bankruptcy + Restructuring), Dan Monger (Real Estate), Andreas Ringstand (Health Care + Life Sciences Litigation), and Debra Schreck (Health Care + Life Sciences Litigation). Their arrival reflects the continued strength of our combined firm, and we’re excited about the depth of experience and expertise they bring to our clients.
September also brought the arrival of our 2026 Entry-Level Associate class. Seventy-eight talented individuals have joined us across 18 offices, representing 43 of the nation’s top law schools. They bring law review honors, federal and state clerkships, and a wide range of professional experience that will strengthen our firm. We’re excited to welcome our new associates and look forward to supporting their career growth within our collaborative and dynamic culture.
This season has also been a powerful reminder of what our pro bono work means to the communities we serve. Attorneys and staff across our offices have dedicated countless hours to matters that expand access to justice, helping individuals, families, and communities navigate challenges where legal support can make a meaningful difference.
As we move into the fourth quarter, we’re grateful for the energy and dedication our people bring every day, and we look forward to continuing to engage and reconnect with our valued alumni community in the months ahead.
