33 Troutman Sanders Attorneys Selected as Georgia ‘Rising Stars’
ATLANTA – Troutman Sanders LLP is pleased to announce that 33 of its lawyers have been selected for inclusion in Law & Politics’ 2009 Georgia Super Lawyers – Rising Stars edition.
For inclusion and distinction as a “Rising Star,” attorneys are selected by the most recent group of “Super Lawyers” – representing just 5 percent of attorneys in Georgia – and independent research by Law & Politics. The Super Lawyers are asked to vote for leading attorneys who are either 40 or under, or who have been practicing 10 years or less. They are also instructed to vote for lawyers they have personally observed in action (opposing co counsel, co-counsel or other first-hand courtroom observation).
Only 2.5 percent of Georgia attorneys are named Rising Stars, and combined, they represent more than 60 practice areas.
