WASHINGTON D.C. – On September 16, 2023, Kim Phan, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Privacy + Cyber Practice Group, was sworn in as the 2023-2024 President of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA), the first-ever national Vietnamese American bar association for lawyers, law students, judges, and legal scholars.
Prior to her new role, Phan served on the NCVAA board as the incoming president from 2022-2023 and as Secretary of NCVAA from 2021-2022.
