WASHINGTON D.C. – On September 16, 2023, Kim Phan, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Privacy + Cyber Practice Group, was sworn in as the 2023-2024 President of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA), the first-ever national Vietnamese American bar association for lawyers, law students, judges, and legal scholars.
