Troutman Pepper Advises Innovative Control Systems, Inc. in Deal with Dover

PHILADEPHIA – Troutman Pepper client Innovative Control Systems, Inc. (ICS), a leading provider of car wash controllers, payment terminals, point-of-sale and wash site management software solutions, has been acquired by Dover, a diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider. ICS will bring more than three decades of strong engineering and reliability, high levels of customer service, and innovative solutions to Dover, enhancing the company’s offerings, business mix and recurring revenue stream.
