Troutman Pepper’s Elizabeth Holt Andrews Joins Executive Committee of the Appellate Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO – Elizabeth Holt Andrews, counsel in Troutman Pepper’s San Francisco office, has been selected to join the Executive Committee of the Appellate Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. The Appellate Law Section’s mission is to improve the practice of law in state and federal appellate courts by working with the judiciary to establish procedures that are clear, fair, and efficient. The section also provides educational programs for appellate specialists and other lawyers to improve the quality of practice in appellate courts.

A writer and oral advocate, Andrews focuses her practice on complex commercial matters, financial services litigation, and class action defense, with particular expertise in appellate work. She provides clients with counsel and advocacy in connection with disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions, consumer financial services law, and general business matters and has handled many dozens of appeals nationwide.

Andrews is highly involved in several legal organizations. In addition to her role with the Bar Association of San Francisco, she is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers, the San Francisco Bank Attorneys Association, and Financial Women of San Francisco, among others.
