Bradden focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, energy, and construction litigation. He assists clients across various industry sectors to develop legal solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Before entering law school, Bradden worked at ExxonMobil as a financial and business analyst, where he provided financial analyses for a major chemical complex, and led budget and turnaround planning. He later analyzed earnings, production, and sales for a business unit with $2 billion+ annual revenue.

Bradden earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, Bradden served as a judicial extern for the Hon. David A. Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas (Austin), where he gained extensive experience researching and drafting orders on a broad range of issues in federal court.

  • Assisted in the representation of a ready-mix concrete seller in litigation against the buyer, for claims of breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and civil conspiracy. Following a week-long jury trial, the team secured a plaintiff’s verdict for our client that was more than ten times the highest pretrial settlement offer.
