Representative Matters

Bradley frequently serves as a review team lead where he supervises project attorneys to ensure substantive document review is carried out consistently with the directives of the case team within the deadlines required. He leverages his knowledge of the facts and documents to assist case teams throughout the lifecycle of the case, including preparing privilege logs, chronologies, and deposition preparation materials. Bradley also conducts targeted searches to help identify key documents, inconsistencies in the review, or nonresponsive categories of documents, which can be excluded from the review process.

A few additional ways that Bradley helps improve document review quality while containing costs include:

  • Performing quality control reviews of project attorney document review sets and providing feedback and additional training as needed to avoid the inadvertent production of privileged or nonresponsive documents, as well as to ensure responsive documents are properly coded and produced.
  • Serving as key liaison between eMerge project management and the review team to ensure the reviewers are properly trained on the unique issues of the case and that they are receiving the information needed to conduct their work efficiently and accurately.
  • Working with case teams and eMerge project management to identify the scope of review and criteria for production, including coding of documents for privilege, key issues, and/or confidentiality.
  • Providing feedback to the eMerge project management regarding the progress of the review.

Bradley has in-depth experience in managing teams of attorneys working on document reviews and deposition preparation for a diverse range of matters including construction litigation, government investigations, and business litigation.

Prior to focusing on eDiscovery, Bradley practiced as an associate in wills, trusts, and estates; probate practice and litigation; and general business litigation. He utilizes this experience to help case teams craft discovery plans uniquely tailored to fit the needs of each client and matter.

  • Performed initial and quality control review of documents for responsiveness, privilege, and privacy redactions for clients in environmental, construction, financial services, governmental investigations, and antitrust matters.
  • Conducted targeted searches for key documents and utilized case knowledge to quickly reduce the review universe to assist case teams with meeting strict deadlines.
  • Reviewed and conducted meetings with project attorneys to insure deadlines and quality assurance practices were being met.
