Brooke, under the supervision of the firm’s attorneys, provides assistance and support on dispute litigation, international arbitration, bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency and employment matters. Her previous experience includes supporting case teams on civil fraud and employment cases and assisting the firm’s anti-money laundering and compliance team. She also has familiarity with English court procedures and assists attorneys with preparing, filing and service of court documents.

• Brooke’s recent matters include assisting the case team acting for two partners in a renewable energy investment company in English court proceedings against two former partners for breaches of partnership and fiduciary duties. The sum of the claim is approximately £18m (CR-2023-000958: Peter Glenn and Jonathan Slater v. Adam Walker, Jeremy Dyer and Fifty Asset Management Limited).
